Spare Parts

… Your key to a long service life of your GHH and Komatsu products. 

It is our goal to ensure a high availability of your GHH and Komatsu vehicles for mining and tunnelling. As part of this goal we offer our customers a wide range of readily available, original spare parts from our central warehouse located in Gelsenkirchen.  

Alternatively, for reducing delivery times our customers may access to our spare part warehouses in Germany, India, Mexico and South Africa. This network is supported by stock holdings in our worldwide dealer network. Our multilingual staff in the spare parts departments is at your disposal at any time for inquiries or further information where customers can access information associated with spare parts. The stock level of our parts warehouses is based on historical consumption patterns, forward looking consumption predictions and our long history of parts and component life cycles.

Another critical aspect of our parts support is providing a variety of logistics solutions from the pickup via over-night distributors, forwarding agents, airfreight, and sea freight to courier service.  Our spare parts catalogues include information on service and replacement parts as well as the detailed breakdown of all major components for repair or remanufacturing and these catalogues can be accessed by way of our electronic spare parts book (eDokS).  

We understand mining and construction is a 24/7 function and we offer our customers the option of reaching out to us for information, availability, pricing and order placement.
